Today, Sebastian came home from running errands and announced that it was very important that I only buy necessities for the rest of the month. We're on a tight budget after the holidays.
Apparently, watching Resident Evil and eating moo-llenium crunch ice cream tonight are necessities. Because those are the items he brought home along with the trash bags and milk that I sent him to pick up.

Why is I always get the lecture about us needing to stop spending and start saving as he has 8 boxes on the front porch? Glad it isn't just me.
Same story here...I tell my hubby to use what's in the house to make dinner and he comes home from the store with a scalloped potato mix (we had 8 varieties of boxed 'side dishes' in the cabinet), chicken broth (had that too), apple cider (whole gallon of apple juice)...double standard!!
