Confessions From A Mom

Sometimes breakfast is cheerios poured straight onto the highchairs.

There are days when it's cold and I'm tired and the kids never seem to make it out of their p.j.'s. -well, to be honest, some days it's warm and I'm well rested and that still happens.

I like to keep silent when my husband asks me, "what is that sauce on this meatloaf? it's soooo good." *it's called barbecue. I didn't invent it, I just spread it well. (shhhhh)*

I couldn't find my toothbrush tonight, so I used Sebi's.

I had a hamper full of laundry in the garage since this summer- so I washed it all, dried it, and then dumped it in a bag for goodwill. I have no idea what articles of clothes I gave away.

Oh, this one's good. This morning, I ate the rest of Sebi's breakfast taco when he wasn't looking and blamed it on Pudge.

I assure you, I have many more. But, I have to get up and finish reading for my nursing skills class tomorrow and do some charting. And if I stay here much longer I will get sucked into the lives of other moms out there that seem to be so much more fascinating than my homework.

Blaming it on the baby?? That's a good one.

I've blamed similar things on our Schnauzer, Abby.

I wonder how long we can get away with this?

Oh, that is good. I am so not brave enough to post a list like that.

And isn't it funny what we find fascninating in the "mundane" of other mother's lives...

Some of those are just funny (eating the taco, giving an unknown pile of clothes away). I want to stay in my pajamas all day some days...

I think there is NOTHING wrong with staying in your pj's all day long. As long as diapers get changed!
I also think your life is WAY more fascinating than mine....KEEP STUDYING!!
