I had the same problem with the first video I uploaded. I think my husband made it smaller and then it worked. Or I just tried to do it another day and it worked. But I did the same thing--clicked on the link which did nothing but send me to the help page. So I just left a note there with the info they wanted, but I NEVER received any response.
I also wonder why the super cute picture of David as a flower can't be enlarged, yet others can.
