Hello, and good day to you sirs/madams who happen to live in the computer at my home somehow...

I would like to address a recent issue which has come up because it has failed to be resolved as of yet. I do not wish to declare this a formal complaint. I am obviously happy with the blogging service which you have provided me, hence the countless (often times, meaningless) posts. That being said,

I have been trying to upload a video onto my blog. It's obviously quite important to me that it appear, or I wouldn't be going through all of this trouble. My issue began last night as I was trying to make the deadline for the NaBloMo- which I am certain you are familiar with. After agreeing to your upload terms and conditions, I waited an hour only to receive a message instructing me to contact support with some information which you provided.

Unfortunately, your link took me to a help page where I did not receive help. And I have not one clue as to where I should submit the "following information" which you provided.

Please, please blogger. Let my friends and family see the aflack duck saying, "Aflack!". It is the holiday season, and I would so love to warm their hearts.

And while I'm here. May I just throw out one more teeny, weeny concern. Why can you click on some of my pictures posted and view them, and others (coincidentally, the really cute, good ones) you can not?
