Well everyone, school is back in session for me! I am only taking two classes and a lab this semester, so hopefully things won't be so hectic. My physiology professor is "winded" and tends to be very disorganized and scattered jumping from one subject to another. The good news is that he also likes to get off topic with nonpertinent information - so that just means less material that he is able to cover.
Our first lab was eventful. (insert sarcasm) We got to introduce our neighbor! We were given about 15 minutes to find out some valuable information about someone at our lab table such as:
1. What is their name
2. Where they live
3. What their major is
4. An interesting fact about them
When asked my interesting fact, naturally I thought I'd rock the boat and mention that I have implants. Eyes dropped south, two ladies laughed, one declared "you do NOT".....so to all you Seinfeld fans: They are real - just apparently not spectacular.
(Of course) I explained that I do indeed have dental implants, and they seemed to accept that fact with much less criticism...Two of the 3 girls at my table I already know and consider to be good friends, but that status is currently under review now...

The weeks are seeming to fly by these days. Sebastian is settling in to his work and enjoying the various personalities of all of his students. Also, he is on a mission to get the kids to learn to tie their shoes! I believe he said, "Go home, and PRACTICE" after tying what probably was about 100+ shoes for the day.
Homer and Gabriel have best friends now, Anthony and Henry. They have been having "playdates" with their new twin friends since July on a weekly basis! The real benefit (I think) has been for myself and Angela. While they play, we get to do fun things like talk & watch Grey's Anatomy. It's nice to connect with another adult during the week:)
Sebi is back in school and apparently a friend to many. I can't tell you how many parents have told me that their child is always saying Sebi this or Sebi that.Gabriel has learned to walk. I think being around Henry and Anthony has really been a big influence on my sweet Gabi. He is soo determined. He practices from sun-up til sun-down.
Homer has made it a personal responsibility to wean Gabriel from his pacifier. He simply will not stand for his brother to have it in his mouth. He will travel oceans to remove it. Well, not oceans. But if ya'll know my Pudge, moving from one end of the house to the other for the sole purpose of removing a pacifier from his sibling's mouth just about equates to his very first 2k.
