Getting Out of the House

Since the babies have managed to stay well for more than two weeks (yeah!), I have been trying to get out of the house more. We have been to feed the ducks, to the park, the grocery store, and just recently, Sam's. (Homer didn't make the picture because he was in a snugly on my chest.) Our 1st "FAMILY" outing (technically) was this past Sunday. After church we went to J.C. Penney. Since there was an H.E.B. in the same shopping center and we were pretty much out of groceries, we figured - what the heck. It was a pleasant experience. Things got a little challenging once the hunger started kicking in with the boys (they hadn't eaten since before church and it had been quite a while). But a bag of grapes, some string cheese, lunch meat, a hot dog, and a free tortilla managed to tide them over!

Here we all are at Sam's yesterday. Again, everyone was on their best behavior and we didn't leave the house until after everyone had eaten something this time!

I am glad your outings have gone well. You are super woman! I am scared to death to be out alone with just the two of mine for fear something will go wrong...Lleyton needs to eat, potty accident...who knows. You are my hero!
