Our Crazy Life

Ten days short of Sebi's 2nd birthday, we were blessed with two more angels - officially making us a family of FIVE!! Sebastian completed his student teaching this December and is currently at his VERY FIRST teaching position at Stony Point High School in Round Rock. He is teaching health and physical education and is learning the many challenges a teacher must endure. All in all, he has chosen an extremely rewarding field and he has my highest respect for finding a career that is lifechanging to so many young individuals. I have gone back to school and it has certainly been a challenge with three little ones at home, but I always seem to find the strength for it all thanks to God. Sebi has grown so much! He speaks so well and has become my big helper many a time over the past ten months. Cars is his absolute favorite movie, and he would watch it every day repeatedly if we would let him. I love when he tells me that a cookie is a "sometime food" and I don't know that I would make it through some days without his smile. Homer and Gabriel are two distinct individuals. Homer is very reserved and cautious, while Gabriel enjoys the thrill of all things new. We are currently working on sitting, which Gabriel has mastered since we did away with the bouncy seats. Homer, on the other hand, has decided that he needs his security blanket (mommy) sitting behind him- but as long as that is the case, he manages just fine :)
